Our client Darren approached us with the request of remaking a cross that he’d previously bought. The pendant was a simple fashion piece with foil-back crystals glued in, but he loved the design and look of it. He wanted the cross to be remade in 9 carat white gold and embellished with diamonds. As always, Neil obliged and began work by sourcing materials and diamonds of the finest quality. Delving deeper into the era and style of the piece, we researched from the 16th century and the Conquistadors, to Mexican heritage in the form of belt buckles. We used this research to give the cross authenticity and originality. The next step then was for Neil to pavé set each stone with extreme precision and skill. The final product was a beautiful, star-studded statement piece that would catch anyone’s eye.
